How do I check in?
You will be contacted via text or the message app you booked on (eg, AirBNB) with key safe details on the morning of your arrival. You can check in anytime of the day from 3pm.

Does the resort have a manager?
No, there is no on-site manager, but the booking agent managers Andrew and Julia can be contacted via text, mobile phone or via the platform you booked on (eg, AirBNB, Booking.com etc)

Are linen and towels provided?
Yes, all beds are made with fresh linen. There is one bath towel provided per person as well as bathmats, hand towels and tea towels. Note that pool towels are not provided.

What else is  provided for guests?
A small "started pack" of basic items like toilet paper, washing liquid, soap, tea, coffee etc is provided to get you started but you will need to purchase from the supermarket as it will not be sufficient for your entire stay.

Are the apartments Air Conditioned?
Yes, all have air conditioning. Apartments 5 and 6 have fully ducted Air Conditioning. Apartments 3 and 12 have 2 units each - 1 in the main living area and the other in the main bedroom.

Should I bring by own pool towel?
Yes, you should bring your own pool/beach towel - no pool towels are provided. All apartments have washing machines, so its easy to wash when required.

Is there parking on site?
Aqua Promenade offers complimentary secure parking in the basement car park for one vehicle. There are also 2 off street parking places for guests/visitors that a on a first in basis.

Is there WiFi available?
Yes, there is complimentary Wifi available for guests in each apartment.

What are the terms and conditions when booking?
Please check with the booking site you booked on. Generally, we offer a full refund if you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in time is 3.00 PM Check out time is 10.00 AM Early check ins or late checks maybe available on request. Please check with us.

What time is the pool open?
The pool is open from 7am – 9pm daily.

Which credit cards do Aqua Promenade accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Is the property wheel-chair friendly and is there a lift?
We don't have a lift but the top floor is only 2 floors up. There is no ramp access for wheel -chairs, sorry.

When is Sunrise Beach patrolled?
Sunrise Beach is patrolled during peak holiday periods and every weekend from September through to April.
